That was the first time I was colouring my hair, so I expected the staff advice and recommendation, which I received and even more! Marco took the time to explain the how and why, finally picked up the best colour for my highlights. Result is spot on! All the staff was nice, friendly, very professionnal. I will definitely go back and recommend to all!

I left feeling like I didn't get what I wanted, despite bringing a picture and trying to explain over and over. This was probably due to the lack of experience of my hairdresser not the salon overall.

The actual salon was so busy that instead of feeling like I could just relax I had to move from chair to waiting area to chair to waiting area to accommodate all the bookings they had. Overall happy with colour and cut, just think they could work on customer experience.
