Great price for a good cut. The hairdresser listened to my requirements and I was very happy with the results!

I had to wait for more than 30min when I arrived as they messed up their bookings. The staff was nice in the beginning as well as the guy who was cutting my hair. I requested no blow dry and in the end I was charged at price as if I had a blow dry! When I arrived home I realised that my hair is completely unevenly cut! I went back to complain, and again had to wait for a guy to fix my hair. I asked about the pricing just to make sure I paid correctly and the guy said that he will change it for me as I paid more than I was supposed to. Then a manager came who said well your hair is dry so you hair a blow dry, otherwise we would let you go out with wet hair! is there a salon in the world who lets customers walk out with wet hair?! I don't think so! They have two types of prices 15 (wash and cut) and 27(wash,cut and finish). Apparently wash and cut means going out from the salon with wet hair! Think it is obvious that I will never go back, purely because of the manager's rudeness. Also don't be fooled by the Treatwell offer, its not actually an offer as the prices are exactly the same in the salon!!

Hair dresser was good, did exactly what I asked and was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Slightly disappointed that when my hair was being blow dried, no oil or protective spray was put on it first which I think is quite important. But overall happy and will go back again.

I had a full head of highlights, toner, cut and colour. My hair was in bad condition and colour on arrival as I dyed it myself and hadn't cut it for 3 months.
I left very satisfied with everything overall. The only thing I would fault it on was the dry hair cut, I would prefer my hair cut before drying, but that's just my preference.
Very good salon and great value, easily accessible from clapham junction.
