The salon was very busy and I had to wait 30 min for my haircut to begin. The wash was excellent with a great head massage. The haircut however was not great. I ended up having the salon owner come fix the cut and it now looks very nice.

Cut was very quick and didn't look great the day after, but for the price good value. Staff were pretty cold upon arrival but the lady who actually cut my hair was very friendly.

There was a mix-up (not for the first time) with the booking - wrong date entered in their diary, so my preferred stylist had just left for the day - which they admitted was their fault, but they quickly substituted another stylist who worked hard to make up for the problem, gave good advice, and produced an excellent result - so I have booked to go back again.
