Very pleased with my cut and blowdry, the hairdresser really spent time talking to me about what i wanted and what would suit me and I am very pleased with the result. Will definitely be going back.

They changed my appointment time twice and didn't notify me the second time- only found out because I went into the store prior to my appointment. I arrived at the arranged time and the salon hadn't even opened- the hairdresser with the keys was running late. I didn't start with my appointment until and half and a half after I'd arrived. The overall experience was chaotic and there wasn't a nice atmosphere- all the staff were tense and switched between customers. I had 5 different people work on my hair. The hair colour I ended up with was nice and the lady that consulted me took the time to find out what I wanted. My hair cut however was rushed. I came out of the salon to find a number of strands of hair that were still the original length.

The place looks great, they play fun music and the staff are so friendly! My haircut was good but the hairdresser used straighteners after the blow-dry and really flattened it out even though I had said I wanted volume (he said that it was so he could see where he was giving texture more easily)

Friendly and welcoming with my coat taken, offered a drink and magazines. Excellent care taken when applying the colour to my hair. My hair line was covered yet my skin was not. I was offered another drink whilst the dye was on. Great head massage whilst washing my hair. The cut was great. I also loved the "flicky" blow dry. I will definitely be back!
