I went in with red hair, asked to have it dyed to a brighter red... The hairdressers explained my hair cannot be lifted as the colour is too dark.. They did not explain that the red they tried to use would make my hair 3 shades darker than before i'm so unhappy!!!! How can I ask for lighter then leave with a darker colour??! The manager/owner was very unresonable, has no people or customer service skills. The staff were friendly they obviously just aren't up to hairdressing standards! I'm fuming!

My third visit to this salon and impressed yet again at the value for money and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I walked out with a new colour and cut feeling fabulous. This did take almost 2.5 hours, rather than the 1.5 hours estimated, but at this price I don't mind. Will return again.

Great haircut and blowdry with Paula! The actual haircut was great, she was very chatty, the wash was good with a bit of a massage and I was given a glass of wine which is also a bonus. Definitely recommend.
