All great, good attention to detail; some distractions from phone calls etc when not enough staff to deal with customers as well as phones, but presumably not over-staffing helps to keep costs manageable so no problem with that.

I was really pleased with the service and the results of my treatment. The lady who cut my hair was very friendly and gave me lots of helpful tips about how to look after my hair. The products they use smell like heaven!

My hair appointment took 3 and a half hours. I'm pretty sure they got my hair colour wrong as they were all talking in whispers and looking sheepish. They also spilt water down my top when trying to wash my hair. It was fine- cheap and cheerful but I doubt I'll return.

Really liked the salon - as a good value salon. The treatment took longer than expected but apart from that it was all good. Great value compared to other salons in the area. My hairdresser was really lovely.
