My appoinent was booked at 2.30pm but when I arrived it was chaos. There were 3 others still waiting to be sat down and people who were in the middle of their appointments wre being asked to sit to the side. There was no waiting area so we were all sitting on any available chairs that could be found. Waited 20mins before I was spoken to again and when someone did, it was to let me know not would be a further 10mins. When I finally was seen to, my stylist was lovely- happy to listen to what I wanted and asked the right questions. We headed over to the sinks but found there was no hot water left- very cold hair wash! The cut and finish was good but by that point I just wanted to leave. When I did, there was no apology for the delay I had experienced.
The value is extremely good but it is not a great experience. I would only return here again for the price.

Good value for money and friendly staff. However, they were trying to fit so many people I that they were running way behind schedule and didn't have enough space for people to wait for highlights to develop. Better planning and not booking as many appointments would result in better customer service!

I said I wanted as close to my natural hair colour as possible and they put black in it. It's too dark and doesn't suit me at all.

I have been to this salon a couple of times now as it is great value for money, no frills but does the job. The staff are always very busy and I must have listened to the same playlist about 10 times but came out with a hair cut I love.

They took a lot of pride in their work there. Great environment and close to Clapham Junction. Would highly recommend!
