This salon was exactly how it's been said in other reviews. They pack in the customers so they can keep the prices low. For the value for money, it's good - but if you're expecting a lovely relaxing experience, then don't go here.
Busy salon but my stylist was great, very careful and attentive and gave a great head massage during the conditioning treatment! Only thing I would say is that it felt slightly rushed towards the end as there were more people waiting after me and the stylist seemed overly subscribed!
Some of the hairdressers had greasy had! The staff could put a smile on their face. :( The service I got was ok though.
Fantastic value for money. The stylist took extra time to dry my hair with big curls which looked really lovely
Good value for money, but busy place so don't expect an indulgent experience. There staff members did my hair which is OK but you are passed from pillar to post a lot and have to sit on the sofa at times. Also toner wasn't used on my highlights which is a shame as it usually is, I wish I had been asked (I would have said yes) as I feel my hair is slightly stripey which I absolutely hate. It is subtle enough that I am going to see if it settles down but just not as good as the first time I went here. (I have been 3 times) I think it depends massively on who you get as the first time I went I got an excellent colourist who's name may have been Kerry but it was so long ago I may be wrong. I would advise going as early in the day as possible as it just gets busier and busier. The hair wash was lovely and relaxing with a short massage which was great. The woman who dried my hair was rather rough and had the hairdryer on at full heat which was a bit of a shame but again I think they are all just rushed off their feet. Overall this is a good value for money place and if they had less bookings they could make it a really great experience. However they obviously are able to offer such competitive prices as they take so many bookings, and you can't have the best of both worlds. I will probably try this place again, I have tried Rush before who charged £180 - and I hated the colour so I'd rather go somewhere that offered reasonable rates and put up with a bit of busyness.
