I arrived early but seen to straight away, the girl cutting my hair listened to what I wanted and i came away with a good cut. I would have appreciated some mroe advice though on how I could change my style but to be fair I didn't push this.

I had a full head of foils and a cut last night. The stylist was 40 minutes late to start on my hair and it felt rushed from then on. I am very happy with the colour, she listened to what I wanted when I said I like the foils to be white blonde rather than yellow blonde- this is exactly what I got. However the cut is terrible. She spent all of 5 minutes cutting it and this shows. I asked for it to be all one length with the edges quite blunt. There are chunks of hair longer and shorter and one side is longer than the other. If she didn't have time to cut it I would have preferred to make an appointment to come back as now I am going to have to book and pay for an appointment at another salon to have it fixed anyway. I would like to return to this salon as it is just down the road from my new house but only to another stylist.

I had a haircut nd half head of highlights. My stylist was great and did a fantastic colour and blow dry. The cut is a shorter than I had hoped, but I was happy with everything else.

I was late for my appointment and despite calling ahead to let them know I felt like the staff were quite annoyed at me. I do understand that when the Salon is busy it is important to be on time, however this was, unfortunately, out of my control. I felt like the service was very rushed and I didn't feel great when I left. I think I would have preferred to wait longer than feeling like my hair was half done.
