Good service and pleased with my hair cut and loved my blow dry. Will be back
I’ve had my hair done by Elle in the past and it has always turned out brilliantly. When I left the salon I was very happy with the result but when I got home and was in a different light i started to see the issues. I was left with a patchy balayage, with blonde streaks. They have ignored all of my emails trying to sort this issue out. I am extremely disappointed as CML was my go to salon, unless they contact me to sort this out they have lost a loyal customer.

Nailla who did my hair really listened to what I wanted, was friendly and lovely to talk to and really helpful with advice on how to look after the style afterwards. I will definitely be booking with her again.
