Been coming here for a few years and love it! The staff are great and my colour and blow dry is exactly how I wanted it - love it here!
I have been fine with going here for several bookings as I have very thin hair and need just a basic trim - so really like a well-priced, no frills, in and out experience. Today was the second time I had to wait over 20 mins past my appointment time. The towels smelled disgusting - had to remove the one from my chest during the conditioning treatment as there was such a strong mildew smell. Hair cut was fine and stylist was nice and (overly) chatty, but they should really try to get their basics back in check - on time, smell and cleanliness, if they want people coming back.
The water was freezing and I had to have my hair washed twice because the first girl left soap in it. Haircut turned out nice but not the best I’ve ever had.
Elle was absolutely amazing! The highlights she did look so natural and the cut and finish was also amazing! She talked me through everything from start to finish and also recommended products to help nourish my hair. There was a friendly and relaxed atmosphere in the salon. I can't recommend enough!
