I had Sam as my hairdresser. The salon was busy when I arrived but I was seen to straight away. Sam was amazing! she listened completely to what I wanted. I had the full head of highlights, cut blow-dry and toner. My highlights are perfect - colour is amazing, so glad it came with the toner also as I like to go super blonde! offered refreshments constantly throughout, and the cut and blow-dry finish was also perfect. Will definitely be going here again soon! Thanks for a fab job :)

Previously I've had amazing experiences at Colour My Life but this time was disappointing. I was left on my own for 40 minutes as they over booked and nobody checked on my bleach, didn't offer tea/coffee or magazines like last time- small stuff but makes a difference. Staff just talking about their staff night out (not confidence building!). I'm going to go back to my previous stylist as he was amazing and go on a Sat as hoping this was a one off!
