This is the second time that Celienna has cut and highlighted my hair, she is excellent and would highly recommend her, I will definitely be going back.

Despite turning up early for the appointment and the staff unoccupied as there was only 1 other customer, I felt the service was terrible. Took them ages to find my booking, I had to ask them to hang my coat up and no one offered me a drink. I was meant to get a treatment included....but that never happened. The haircut was not the best I had, I even had to ask for them to blend the layers. The products used looked budget. I had to ask them to straighten my hair at the end as it was really fluffy. Will not be going back.
