I arrived to the salon on time and they asked me to wait. After around 25 minutes the person who has supposed to cut my hair told me that she is running late (no sorry what so ever) but she'd put me in my chair soon. After 5 minutes I was actually escorted to the chair and a trainee came around to wash my hair. After my hair wash I was informed that someone else would take over my haircut. The person who cut my hair was really nice and she did a good job, so I left the place satisfied. However, I was not satisfied with how my initial hairdresser dealt with the situation.

Go to this salon regularly. Really liked the colour and staff are friendly. Ideally it would great to have the same stylist for both the colour and cut

Had a full head of highlights and a cut. The end colour was very nice. Also good value for money. Overall you get what you pay for, service isn't amazing/ a relaxing experience but I was happy with the highlights

Colour and cut was great, but not exactly what I wanted. Be sure to book with enough time for your treatment as they are always busy and sometimes can't be flexible. I will definitely continue to return though, as they are great value for money.
