Had full head highlights done by Ellie and as always she is such a professional. Ellie always takes such full care and wants your hair to be perfect. An affordable, high quality salon. Will keep coming back, thank you so much for saving my post lockdown locks!

It has been 3 weeks since my appointment got cancelled and I am still waiting for my refund.

I booked for a full head of highlights on treatwell for the 6th of July. I should up to the salon on the day. The salon was closed. No body rang me to tell me that. I rang the number and got through to the manager. He promised me I would be fully refunded and he would sort this the next day. I am still waiting for my refund. It’s now 16 days later and no refund. I left a message yesterday for an update on my refund. No one has called me back. Still waiting to be refunded. I never post a bad review but this is justified.
