The colour was absolutely brilliant- she did it exactly how I wanted and was very knowledgeable about everything. I loved the colour and will definitely be going back for that! The cut was OK too.

I booked a full head of colour, cut and blow dry with keratin treatment and went there based on the overall reviews and the value for money services on offer. However I was extremely disappointed by the following: the young lady doing my colour was obviously not focused at all, inexperienced and quite indifferent how I feel during the process. She insisted on combing my hair with a very narrow and small comb to make sure as she explained the colour was spread out evenly (sign of inexperience) even though she was hurting me whilst doing this. My hair are very fine so there was no need for that - and the result was not even at all. Because the comb was removing the colour from the roots entirely I ended up with lighter roots and darker ends. In addition, I never got the keratin treatment that was included in the offer (no excuse offered to me) and at the end no one said goodbye (they just expected me to show myself out) and that's disappointing because I paid for the treatment, I was understanding to the not-so-good service and if they really want customers to come back for more, they really have to change their attitude.
