I didn't receive the treatment I had paid for. Wasn't the most pleasant hairdressing experience, felt very rushed and the level of service was lacking.Attention to detail would really help - I asked for a coffee and was given a tea which dripped down the side of the cup, not a great impression. However, the hairdresser was a nice lady and the cut was good despite how quickly it was undertook. Very nice blow dry but as an experience, not great and this is a service industry. Receptionist seemed irritated that I had paid in advance, very odd.
