I first visited Colour My Life last year on reccomendation from my friend and had a great experience. They highlighted my hair really well and I loved my cut - I've since been back for a few trims and decided to book in half a head of highlights with a cut again. This experience was very different. Kerry was lovely and I had a great haircut and blow dry from her but I am so dissapointed with my colour. I had specifically asked for it not to be stripey and I walked out with it looking like that. Kerry did tone in down a little bit, but upon getting home and playing with different hairstyles and then going into work today, it is obvious that I still have stripes running down my hair line and the highlights are very yellow. I feel very self conscience of it and it's such a shame as I have referred a few friends over the last few months to the salon. I made the trip from East London especially and am sad it was not what I asked for or expected given my previous experiences.

Good value hair salon that do a great job of highlights haircuts etc. however the place is a bit rough around the edges and would say the actual experience is okay not exceptional ie flustered staff and some staff more interested in gossip sessions with each other or complaining to each other regarding the booking system and times etc. I would go back as the final product is great!
