I got greeted nice, and when discussing the colour I wanted for the half head highlights. Cut and blow dry and a toner. She was lovely and seemed she knew exactly what I wanted.
Half way through, I got a change of hairdresser when the toner was applied to my hair, at this stage I personally feel It was left in longer than normal, when sat down and the towel was removed the toner made my hair orange! All I wanted was a hint of cooper. This then was tried to be fixed which I was pleased with, another hairdresser was then with me to add another toner to calm down the colour, this seemed to have done the trick. I was then reverted back to the second hairdresser to finish the cut and blow dry.
After leaving my experience took too long, and was painful with the products they used ( again this could have been my skin, but it was painful), and when washing the temperature was so hot I asked twice if it could be turned down.
My hair now doesn't look to bad, but has an unatural look with a bright cooper/dirty blond look from my forehead and then fine everywhere else.
I got recommend to come here from a friend that had a good experience.
Had my hair done by Jade. Lovely girl who was very friendly and made sure to ask what I wanted done. Would highly recommend her.
Loved everything about it, treated really well from the moment I stepped inside, offered a drink. Was seen fairly quick as was a slight delay. Had my hair washed and prepped for the cut. I was then seen by the hair stylist who understood what I wanted really well, she even recommended something to twerk my hair and make it compliment my face etc. Really happy
I had such a great experience and I am superhappy with the results, everyone has been commented on how great my hair looks. The stylist really took the time to understand what I wanted and it is bang on! thank you!
