Good value half head of highlights done to a good standard- not always 100% consistent level of quality every time I come but to be expected for price - would recommend

I didn't know what I was fully getting done in the beginning and showed the hairdresser Selina a picture I had on my phone to get us started. She did amazingly and I'm loving my new hairdo now!

So I had a full head of highlights and I asked for ash blonde with darker tones too. What I ended up with was yellow hair!
Literally the worst colour I have ever seen.
The lady who I had my appointment with seemed rushed and not very bothered about how she was doing it either as it was the end of the evening.
So I decided to go back the next day after speaking with someone on the phone telling them how unhappy I was.
The day after, I had some girl give me a ‘consultation’ on how I wanted to fix this. She laughed at me and told me nothing could be done.
She then went and bitched about me to the manager (who btw avoided getting involved) and I could hear the whole conversation.
I then was passed on to a younger girl, who to be honest was really friendly and advised me on what to do.
Even though she tried to amend the damage there was not much change to be honest.
Worst service ever.
I now have bleached, ruined, broken yellow hair which is most definitely not what I asked for.
This is the second time I have been here, and the first time was just as bad however with a different stylist so no yellow hair.
I debated going back, but as it was so cheap I thought I would give it another chance.
You definitely get what you pay for, and in this instance I wouldn’t have paid had I not pre booked!
After this experience I will never ever be going back again and will definitely not be recommending it to anyone!
