The hairdresser was very busy, juggling 2 of us at once.
I paid in advance for haircut, wash and treatment. Turns out the treatment was a basic conditioner and I was advised to do a hair treatment Olaplex as my hair was very dry. I agreed, as admittedly my hair was very dry.
I was then advised to keep the treatment in my hair overnight for it to work best. As I was going out that night, the hairdresser said she'd give me a nice fishbone plait. The plait was nice but fell out shortly afterwards and as I didn't rinse the treatment out until the next day, I was unable to gauge the haircut...which was nearly as bad as when I went it in for a haircut. It wasn't cut as short as I had asked for and the layers were done badly. On top of it, a little bump on my head was scratched so badly (as hairdresser was in a rush), that I was bleeding...admittedly I hadn't realised this till I walked out out the hairdressers, but it started stinging as I left and it bled for some time. The Olaplex worked a bit...but it is by no means a miracle cure and my hair remains dry.
Overall, I feel like it was a waste of time and money. This is the first and last time that I will be using this hairdresser.

A busy salon but great value and my highlights were done really well. Cut done by a different lady but she really took care of me even though I was having a simple trim!

I no longer live in London but I still make the effort to come back to this hairdressers whenever I'm in the area for the amazing value for money. I normally always get a full head of highlights and for the price they're amazing! Don't go here expecting to get the best service in the world though as you are likely to have to ask for magazine or a drink and will spend most of your time sitting and listening to staff gossiping. The atmosphere is not remotely relaxing and it certainly isn't a pampering experience. However, if you're looking for affordable highlights I would definitely recommend. I have been over the moon with mine every single time so will continue to return.

The lights are blue, I would prefer white as it shows actual colours better . Apart from that it's great value and lovely staff!

Although I was very satisfied with my hair appointment I was very dissapointed to find when I got to the salon for my original appointment on Saturday they had no record of my appointment and actually didn't have the time to do my hair. I don't know why the appointment would have been available on treat well when it wasn't available at the salon. I paid for that appointment and had confirmation from treat well that my appointment had been confirmed. I travelled 40mins to get to the salon to be turned away. I then had to return the following day for an actual appointment so missed a whole afternoon of sunshine, I was not happy and will probably not be using this service again.
