Lovely results, not the best experience though.
Firstly I had to move my appointment twice. The first time their ceiling fell in so not their fault but the next time they kept me waiting for 50 mins after my appointment time so I had to move it as I was supposed to have plans after! They didn’t seem that bothered by this fact either :/
When I finally had my appointment the treatment wasn’t that great but perhaps that could be because of covid. When washing the dye out my hair I felt like my hair was being ripped out, no care at all!
Balayage results were fantastic but my haircut looks a bit wonky so not that happy with it :( not sure I would go back after the absolute faff it took and the customer care.
Elle is always lovely and does great highlights! Makes me feel like a natural blonde!
