CML is a fabulous salon. Staff really friendly, quality of work always good and fantastic value. I have moved out of the area and still come back (travelling an hour) as they are the only salon I have found that get my foils right!!

On time, no wait. Asked if I wanted refreshments and had one of the best head messages with my treatment. Lovely staff even let me stay whilst it rained.

I liked the salon, looked clean and well looked after. I did have to wait around 20 min, which was ok I didn't mind. The lady with the braids who colored my hair at the beginning was a bit aggressive and made it a bit difficult to express what I wanted for my hair as she was negative and was dismissive of my ideas. The end result was very nice, I quite liked the color, however I would have appreciated a bit of friendliness and maybe some customer service like water as after 3 hours I was very thirsty. I would like to thank the blond girl who cut my hair, she was really nice and friendly, the cut was exactly what I wanted and she gave me some good tips for hair care and future bookings and treatments. I might book again.
