Any loss of value (no time for the conditioning treatment) was entirely my own fault because I had not allowed enough time to get there. The thing I most needed though was a good cut and Rita certainly gave me that! I was and am delighted. (The test is not how it looks when the stylist has finished but how it looks when I style it myself, and she passes on that score too!). Good job and thanks Rita - for not making a drama out of my lateness too!

It is a nice salon and great value for the money. My hair was cut as I wanted it. The staff is not really friendly or chatty which could improve the overall experience but at the end I got what I went for and I would return.

Had to go back and have my hair fixed as it was cut very unevenly at the back. They were great about fixing it and fit me in really quickly - and I ended up with a great cut, in the end! - but it was a bit annoying that it wasn't done right first time.

Could not be happier with the service I received. Lena was perfect. I'm an idiot when it comes to hair and explaining what I want, and I've only every had my hair highlighted by one other salon (which they did for over 6 years). Lena was great, managed to decipher what i was after and my hair is looking great! I also went in looking like a scarecrow - hair has been restored to some form of health :) Would recommend without reservation and the value is ridiculously good.
