Not all members of staff are the same here. I found the experience quite painful: the foils (since my girl was so short I had to squat down in my seat for her to apply the color), the blow dry and the texturizing were all uncomfortable. No pain, no gain applies here because in the end the color and style looked great.

Lena was absolutely fabulous. Best colour and cut I've ever had. Exactly what I wanted without all the faff and chat that puts me off hairdressers.
