I had a full head of highlights and cut and blowdry. The cut was terrible. I have long straight hair so not that difficult. I showed a picture of my last cut at colour my life and said I'd like the same again. It looks like I've cut my hair with a blynt scissors. It's a terrible cut. And in usually not bothered my my cut. But but was silly terrible.
My highlights were ok. Again I showed s picture of the shade of blonde I'd like that I'd had previously there. I got s darker shade but the main problem is how blotchy underneath and back is.
Their standards have dropped completely. I have 2 friends who now also refuse to go there. Such a shame because I had gone here for years and in the last 8 months the standards have completely dropped. Such s shame. It was great value but I'd rather busy more and get s good job done
