I've been several times in Color My Life. The first ones, the result was good in terms of coloring and it was good value for money. I thought I founded what I was looking for. But they lost the records of the exact colors I was using and, since then, it's not been possible to have a good color result any more. What I always ask for is an ash blond, by showing examples with pictures to explain what I expect, but the final result does not match what I asked for at all.
The previous time I went, I had to go back other day to ask for a solution because after several days trying to see myself and not feel bad in that hair, I thought: "Ok, I can't have this exceedingly-light blond hair till the next time I go to a hair saloon. I simply can't wait one month or two because I utterly dislike such an unnatural look".
They solved it decently and I wanted to give it a chance ("Maybe I have been misunderstood or I haven't expressed properly what I wanted - It could happen...), so I went again. Basically, this time I am not even blond and now I have a super dark tone. The roots tend to red highlights... So finally I have decided not to ask them for a solution for the second time and just give up with this hair saloon.

Unfortunately this was just a value process, not the pamper and enjoyment you look forward to when getting your hair done. I've been here before and know what kind of service to expect but this time was not even offered a drink, my blow dry was flat and generally I felt like an inconvenience
