I've been going here for quite some time and have always been impressed with the value and quality of my experience. However this time my highlights came out orange and the blow dry was the worst I have ever had. Far too much product and it looked greasy and flat. Had to go back for correction 2 days later which I have to say the staff were brilliant about but it has put me off coming back here.

My highlights came out exactly the way I wanted and the colour matched my existing highlights. The blow dry was great as well that I didn't want to wash my hair! I would definitely recommend this place.

Had balayage and cut with Lena was very good and professional. Would have enjoyed a head massage with the wash as have had previously but other than that very good!
