I had a full head of highlights with a cut and blow dry and was in the salon for 4 hours! The girl who did my colour was good but there weren't any notes on the system from my previous visit so it took ages for the colour to develop and it turned out they could have used a different bleach that would have developed quicker. There was also a bit of a wait to have my hair cut and there didn't seem to be much urgency despite the fact they knew I'd been there for a long time. The overall result was good and it's still good value for money but I think they could have been a bit more communicative and not left me waiting so long.

Attended for highlights but actually wanted to go a bit darker. Hairdressers was very accommodating and honest that the dark won't stay in my hair for long because of my previous colour, really happy with the result.
