My colourist was brill. She sat and talked through what she was going to do. Then gave me some advice on what she thought would benefit/suit me better. My highlights then turned out a fantastic colour, better than I'd thought and she gave me a great blow dry too.

Decent enough highlights for the price, didn't leave the toner on long enough. I had a haircut here a while ago and definitely wouldn't recommend, rushed awful job. But colour ok for the price
