Elle was so lovely and professional. The customer before me was running late, but Elle made sure I was getting my hair washed on time and then took over. She really listened and gave me exactly what I wanted. And finished it off with a perfectly straight and volumesised blow dry! Thank you.
My hair looked amazing! The head massage was also amazing! The stylist was very friendly, the salon on a whole was clean and adhered to the Covid rules - felt safe to visit. I will come again!
I wasn’t completely happy with my haircut and felt it was quite rushed, I had to go back to have my front section evened out, I felt quite uncomfortable about it and didn’t even get an apology
