Normally have no complaints with the no frills service here but this time the stylist I had booked and paid for was running 30mins late. With no apology I was given another stylist and I decided to omit the cut that I had paid for so that I wasn't even more late for my plans. I was still v late and still no apology or compensation. However highlights done nicely.

Unfortunately my booking had been lost in the Colour My Life system - I had emailed and called several times to confirm the new time so it was quite frustrating that it had not been saved. Luckily, I could be fit in (but I did have to wait a while to be seen) and the hairdressing was good as always! Very reliable, nice colour and great value.

Love the bright and friendly atmosphere of the salon, well decorated around the holiday season.
My cut was perfect, ma hairdresser understood immediately what I wanted, added her expertise to suggest a few changes and delivered a beautiful result ! Super happy

Lena did my full head of highlights and did an amazing cut after. She really listened to what I wanted and gave great advice on how short to go and also how to take the weight out of my hair. Lena also took the time to explain the different toners and I felt like it was a very personal experience. I felt great leaving. I will definitely book with Lena again!
