Having read all the amazing reviews, I was really excited to go get my hair done! My appointment was at 11.30 and at 11.25, my stylist came up to warn me she'd be 10mins (which was totally fine). However, she didn't come back until 12, so was half an hour late with no apology. This meant the rest of the appointment felt quite rushed and I didn't get the chance to properly explain what I wanted. The cut was ok, but not quite what I wanted. I think it was good value for money and I'd like to come back again - hopefully it'll be a better experience. This is just some constructive feedback as I'm sure it's not a regular occurrence.
