The lady washing my hair was new, managed to cover me in water and really didn't feel my hair was being washed properly. Not her fault but she needs more training and unfair to leave her to it when so busy!

The lady washing my hair kept putting the temperature of the water really hot even though I told her It was too hot. She then did a hair treatment which involved putting a hot towel over my hair full of product and she put boiling water on the towel - unlikely for me it feel off and burnt me. They served me instant coffee but didn’t leave me time to drink it so I had a cold coffee sitting in front of me the whole time. The hair cut itself isn’t bad however I found the hairdresser a bit rough especially with a hair brush and comb unless that was from the burnt scalp not quite sure ..
