I had a very pleasant experience; I booked the Ladies' Wash, Cut, Blow-dry. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff, and the salon was buzzing with clients and hairdressers. I was shown to my chair, and my hairdresser - Maya - came over and introduced herself and asked me what I was looking for in a haircut and blow-dry. She was great; I felt like she really listened to what I wanted. The salon itself is a bit tired and not very bright inside. Overall, I would go back for Maya, but the salon itself leaves something to be desired.

Asked for a trim, and that is certainly what I got! Didn’t really make much of a difference, cut the tiniest amount off and still had split ends after. Hair treatment was nice though, I’d go back for that!
