This salon had a wonderful atmosphere. The girl before me was donating her hair to the Little Princess Trust and it felt like there was a real team spirit. My hairdresser understood my instructions and gave recommendations to me (as I have recently suffered from some hairloss due to illness). She was very empathetic and made the experience very comfortable.

Very speedy haircut, no frills but it was exactly what I was after and I was in and out in 25 minutes! If you’re after a no frills experience then I’d definitely recommend this place and I’ll be back. The only thing was that I’d booked for a haircut and a conditioning scalp treatment, which I’m not sure I received unless it was part of the hair washing process (this wasn’t explained and I didn’t notice any difference). But everyone was really friendly and efficient and I would return.

My haircut was satisfactory however I booked for a keratin treatment in addition to the cut and I did not receive this.
