My haircut was good and I'm happy with the result, but the "keratin treatment" was a regular leave in conditioner and the staff weren't very professional. The wash in particular was a weird mix up with multiple staff and vigorous shampooing. Nothing was cleaned or sanitised - hairdryer on the floor, scissors from a random shelf. But because the haircut and blow-dry were done well, still overall was worth it especially for the price.

Having avoided going to the hairdressers for 11 years I was pretty apprehensive to say the least (despite the fact that all I wanted was length off). I didn't catch the name of the woman who did the cut but she did a very good job, and I will certainly try to go back to her again when I next need a trim!
