Lady was nice enough but cut my hair with the wrong parting and it’s now uneven. Blow dry was below average.

I usually come here but this time there was an accidental double booking due to timing differences of treatwell and the place. This time, I had a different lady to usual as Maya is on maternity leave. No keratin treatment was done, hair isn’t particularly soft like it usually is. I asked for a trim and weight taken out, no weight was taken out and only the ends of the back and side was trimmed, no shaping around front and no trim of front hair. I do still recommend the salon but not the person I had- didn’t catch a name of her I’m afraid. Very disappointed on this occasion.
