The place needs a total revamp. I wasn’t overly impressed with my experience as there isn’t much attention to detail with the whole process.

I’m super happy with the dip-dye I received - although I would have liked it to be a bit more rose coloured at the ends, my hairdresser took a lot of time over the colour and the transition looks lovely and smooth. The staff were all lovely except for the receptionist, who was quite rude, even to her other colleagues. I had to wait a while for my appointment also, but everyone was super apologetic and gave me some lovely hair treats to make up for it.
