Excellent service from start to finish! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. My hair was given a total transformation and I was thrilled with the colour, treatment and cut. Alepaiva is an excellent hairdresser and listened to exactly what I wanted. Everyone in the salon was very professional and attentive. I will defiantly be back! Thank you

I’ve been coming here for the last 3 years and usually have Georgina do my highlights which I always absolutely love, I always leave the salon loving my hair. However when I went this time with a new person who had just started it was the complete opposite experience. It took 4 hours to do my full head of highlights, he was so slow to the point where he had to wash half of my head and let it sit completely wet down my back while he finished off the top part of my head. There just wasn’t the service which I’ve had previously, I even had to ask to change the towel around my shoulders at one point because my back was absolutely soaking!! It got to the point where I just wanted to leave, I had bought the Treatwell deal which included the hair conditioning- which I didn’t get and a haircut which I also never got. So disappointed as I usually always recommend this salon but I spent money on a treatment and a haircut I was never given. I do love the colour but disappointed at the skill, it already looks like it has got a months regrowth and it’s so patchy! At the time the colour was nice but when I actually looked closer when I got home it looks awful! So gutted - such a waste of money and now have to go somewhere else and get a haircut!
