My hairdresser Vasela was great and did exactly what I asked and I am more than happy with my haircut. She lovely and courteous. What I didn’t like was some of the other staff members continually walked behind her making faces as she cut and even making eye contact with me in the mirror, I’m not sure what for to be honest, but it felt as though they were trying to make me feel uneasy or just being rude. Either way I won’t go back because of them. Not because of Vasela. Seriously unprofessional from the other hairdressers.

Arrived for a 630pm appointment and was seen straight away. My stylist was lovely, as we other staff in the salon. I was really happy with how thorough my stylist was with my full head of highlights. My hair look 100x better on leaving than it did when I arrived. Such a great price for the service that is provided. Also happy with my haircut. This was my first time at the salon so I had to have a patch text done and return a few days later for my toner. This was fine though because my hair wasn’t really that yellow so could get away with it for a few days. I then found out on returning that my toner was included in the initial package I had paid for, which was a nice surprise. Very happy and will go back here for all my future hair appointments in London.
