Salon looked nothing like the photos, a bit grotty. As soon as I sat down a guy came over and told me I’d need to pay an extra £10 for toner as I hadn’t come in for a patch test after already paying £75. Didn’t even dress it up with customer service and know you can’t walk out as already paid. The actual lady who did my hair was nice and did an ok job. Won’t be returning though as not a nice ambience and wasn’t made to feel very comfortable. I don’t often leave reviews but avoid treatwell and go straight to the salon. At least you can leave if you’re not happy on arrival...
