Had a balayahe done...asked for a natural contrast but left the place with patchy hair colour (Blue, grey, orange, blond/yellow) and wasn't told there about it. Just saw when left the salon....complained and they offered a colour correction but had to opt for a colour that wasn't what I wanted (red!)...nos, a few weeks later, can tell how much they damaged my hair...it breaks so much everytime I brush it and the colour looks like burnt hair...really bad service

I was supposed to have an appointment for Georgina but had some male hairdresser who was 10 minutes late. The keratin treatment was just a normal shampoo and condition and I was left at the washing place for 15 minutes while he was standing outside. He was very hardhanded and I felt like he was in a rush and just wanted to get rid of me, the cutting itself took maybe 10 minutes. He may have been in a rush because mid cut a delivery driver brought McDonalds which may have been for him… Overall not very professional, the mirror table did not have any equipment nearby so he would run around all the time to get the dryer etc.
I asked for a big blow-dry which I got, however no products were used, not even hairspray. Not a great atmosphere. Not a pleasant experience, will not go again and would not recommend.
