* this salon is not on treatwell anymore * My haircut was brilliant and Marion was so lovely to fit me in at short notice - and it was VERY short notice because treatwell did not inform her of the booking and she only knew about me when I turned up. The salon cancelled the contract with treatwell a few months ago but the site is still advertising bookings. Contact the salon directly (number is on google) because I would def recommend.

Although the ladies working here were very nice and friendly, I didnt have a very positive experience. The colour of my hair was ok, I went from red to dark brown/black - you can still see the red a bit but I did think this may happen as red can be a hard colour to get rid of so this wasnt the problem. I was upset that the ladies doing my hair, got the dye on my head and face and it wouldnt come off. I've scrubbed it a few times now and it's still there. I had to go out for my birthday with dye all over my face and have a job interview tomorrow and it still wont come off! I paid £60 when I could have just done a home dye for £4 and got the same results. I also found it a bit unprofessional that one of the ladies had her child there whilst working. The little girl was lovely and I did humour her because I didnt want to be rude or upset her but I came to the hairdressers so I didnt have to dye my hair with my little girl climbing all over me. I thought that her Mum really should have done something about it. I didnt feel as though I could say anything. I know sometimes it cant be helped if you have been let down with childcare but I've been here twice (previously for eyebrows) and theres been kids there twice so I do think this is a regular occurrence. I wont be going back.
