Ellie was so so welcoming from the minute I got there and made me feel at ease since it was my first time. She explained everything so clearly the entire time and made the whole process so simple. It’s definitely an uncomfortable feeling but SO worth it because I felt great after and to have someone who was so nice, welcoming, clean and knowledgeable made the whole experience so much better. I will definitely be coming back!!

Ellie was very professional, attentive and reassuring. Was totally honest to how many sessions I would need. Definitely would recommend her

Ellie was really welcoming and reassuring she spoke through the procedure and explained everything in detail. I was nervous but Ellie made it easy, this was my first treatment and I have already booked for a second.

The place is immaculate and Ellie is excellent person, she is very professional and knowledge about her job.
Before you start the treatment,she explains to the all process and you feel that you are safe.
