Didn’t get seen till 20 minutes after my appointment time, chose a colour from the gel manicures colour book and didn’t even get that colour. Questioned it after and got told it’s because that colour has a base - should that not be clarified first? Also cut the skin quite badly from my nails that even shampooing my hair this morning was stinging so had to wear gloves just to wash my hair. The only thing good was the shape and size which she done as asked.

I had my eyelashes lifted and tinted and I couldn't have asked for a better experience at the salon! I highly recommend coming here.
