Lovely experience. Jazz was very informative and let me know what she was doing at all times (eyes closed for the treatments). This is my 2nd visit to the salon and I would absolutely recommend.

Rosa did a fab job of my very urgent nail appointment and also organised a last minute brow shape & tint and lash tint with another member of staff at short notice!

Didn’t get seen till 20 minutes after my appointment time, chose a colour from the gel manicures colour book and didn’t even get that colour. Questioned it after and got told it’s because that colour has a base - should that not be clarified first? Also cut the skin quite badly from my nails that even shampooing my hair this morning was stinging so had to wear gloves just to wash my hair. The only thing good was the shape and size which she done as asked.
