I didn't have Jazz, but my technician was lovely, pleasant and professional. I was slightly disappointed that I didn't get asked how I would like my brows. I had tried to say what I wanted done but there wasn't much interaction/confirmation of what I had in mind before she had started. It felt like if I didn't say anything she was going to do her own thing. But it wouldn't stop me from going back. I really enjoying going there. I just need to be more concise in my instructions.
