Carlotta was lovely and did a great job. But salon feels like it has seen better days, quite grubby. And doesn't have a friendly atmosphere. Carlotta is great though. I still wouldn't go back, there are nicer places.

The venue didn't feel very friendly when we went in (my daughter and I). Her nails were done really well, but there was an extra charge for french tips of £10 which was a lot considering she is only 12. The salon doesn't feel clean or friendly. The other members of staff were talking really loudly about their personal lives, and it just felt like not a very friendly place.

Eyebrows looked great and natural. Went early, she still attended to me within a few mins. Great service!

Lashes were done by a lady called Emmanuel she was really lovely and my lashes looked amazing. Would absolutely recommend
