went in for an infill by one of the trainees and she was so patient and had such attention to detail. Really happy with the outcome and I get to keep my nails a little longer 🥰

I specifically requested a therapist who had good reviews, but this was changed and I had none of the treatments done by her. Treatments took 1.5 hours longer than expected and were not done well. Another therapist had to clean the polish off my cuticles after the gel had been set and I would have asked for the same on my feet but had been there for so long and needed to leave. The nails weren't filed well. I had some wonky shaped nails and bits sticking out that caught on things after.
